Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Goptin (goptin.com and app.goptin.com), a service operated by Nguyen The Dan, an individual based in Vietnam ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Goptin brings messages and tickets from accounts you connect (such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Jira and ClickUp) into one inbox, offers an AI assistant that summarizes conversations and drafts replies, and provides an MCP server so AI tools you authorize can read and send messages on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate sign-in information.
• You only connect accounts you are allowed to use, and you follow the rules of those platforms and your employer.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including messages sent through the app or with your API tokens.

3. Plans, trial and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
• Paid plans are listed on goptin.com. Card payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes; bank-transfer (QR) payments in Vietnam are processed by payOS.
• Card subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. QR payments are one-off and do not renew.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Goptin to send spam, harass people, break the law, infringe others' rights, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You own the messages and data you bring into Goptin. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI summaries, suggestions and to-do lists can be wrong. Review them before acting, especially before sending a message. Messages are only sent when you (or a tool you authorized) send them.

7. Availability and third parties

Goptin depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which can change or become unavailable. We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using Goptin and delete your data at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that breach these terms. If we shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

10. Changes and contact
