Goptin is operated by Nguyen The Dan (Vietnam). This policy explains what we collect when you use goptin.com and app.goptin.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name and email from Google sign-in.
- Connected accounts: the messages, contacts, channels and tickets from accounts you explicitly connect (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Jira, ClickUp, Facebook Page, Instagram). Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Billing: plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Creem and bank transfers by payOS — we never see them.
- Usage analytics: pages visited and product events (PostHog), plus the source of your first visit (e.g. a campaign link), stored in one first-party cookie. No advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: show your inbox, send messages you send, generate AI summaries and to-do lists, and improve the product. AI features send the relevant conversation text to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the result; it is not used to train their models. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data deletion / Xoá dữ liệu
Disconnect a channel in Settings to stop syncing it, or email work.thedan158@gmail.com to delete your account. All associated messages, contacts and AI digests are permanently removed within 30 days.
